Vera Minter Park

Rosenbaum Engineering completed the revitalization of Vera Minter Park in downtown Abilene in the summer of 2020. Recent Engineering Projects

Taylor County Courthouse

Rosenbaum Engineering is proud to be a member of the design team to restore the Historic 1915 Taylor County Courthouse. Our responsibilities have included complete structural evaluations and modifications to restore the historic building and modernize for today's needs. We have also taken the site back to is original design but modernized accommodate today's mode of transportation.

Distribution Warehouse

Rosenbaum Engineering provided complete site development and building foundations for a 5500 sq. ft. distribution facility on 2 acres in Abilene, Texas

Champion Ranch

Rosenbaum Engineering designed a Gun Room and Spa/Fitness Center for a unique game ranch in the heart of Texas. The Gun Room is a 1300 sq. ft. facility characterized by concrete slab foundation, CMU walls and concrete roof. The 3 level, 4500 sq. ft Spa/Fitness Center overlooks the lake on the property.

Almond Street Cold Storage

After the catastrophic roof collapse of a 9000 sq. ft. warehouse, Rosenbaum Engineering provided forensic evaluation of the collapsed structures and a complete redesign of the roof using existing Concrete Masonry walls.

Hunter's Landing

Provided a complete subdivision design including roads, utilities , and drainage study for a 90 acre subdivision in the Potosi area.

Dyess Air Force Base

Rosenbaum Engineering is proud to work at Dyess Air Force base on a variety of projects. Projects have included Dorm and warehouse renovations, to upgrading their electrical grid for back up power generation and battery storage.

Hidden Shores Development at Lake Cisco

Working with multiple local contractors, we have designed home site and house foundations for this new subdivision on Lake Cisco.

Solar Center and Wind Farm O&M buildings

Working with local contractors we have provided structural and foundation design for facilities in the West Texas Area.

WASP Museum

For the 1920's Aircraft hanger that now houses the National World War II WASP (Women's Airforce Service Pilots) museum in Sweetwater, Texas, Rosenbaum Engineering designed a hanger door to facilitate the movement of display Aircraft in and out of the facility. In addition, we designed an masonry and concrete vault for storage of historic records.
